We are recruiting: falsework carpenter (Virginia)

Now hiring: we are hiring a falsework carpenter in City of Manassas Park, Virginia. You will work at an infrastructure construction site. On a typical shift you will de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters. Ideal candidate: • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Pay around $25 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
