Join our team: we are hiring a meat cutter in Gubio, Borno State. You will work at a halal meat counter. Day-to-day duties: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Season and marinate meat on request • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry ₦8,500 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
