Joiner — Galveston County

Join our team: we are hiring a joiner in Galveston County, Texas. The job is in a bespoke joinery workshop. You should have: • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings The role involves cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish.
