Now hiring: we are hiring a dough maker in Adair County, Kentucky. On the job you will handle: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Score the top of loaves before baking Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Full-time with occasional weekends. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
