Join our team: we are hiring an elevator technician in Itawamba County, Mississippi. Requirements: • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces On the job you will handle: • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches 1+ years on the tools preferred.
