Bread and bun maker wanted in Howard County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Howard County, Missouri. You will work at a busy bakery. Day to day you will score the top of loaves before baking; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks 5+ years on the tools preferred.
