Immediate opening: we are hiring a steward in Wyoming County, New York. Ideal candidate: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) The role involves: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature $220 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
