Head baker — Saki East

Vacancy available: we are hiring a head baker in Saki East, Oyo State. You will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; score the top of loaves before baking; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Part-time with flexible hours.
