Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Clinton County, Illinois. The role involves: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Rotating shifts.
