Assembly operator — Sumner County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an assembly operator in Sumner County, Kansas. Ideal candidate: • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage • Can read work instructions and basic measurements • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts The role involves fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor; snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses; solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier; apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position; carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts; wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
