Join our team: we are hiring a VMC operator in McClain County, Oklahoma. The job is in a CNC machining unit. Ideal candidate: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work Day-to-day duties: • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
