Visual inspection operator — Kenton County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a visual inspection operator in Kenton County, Kentucky. You will be based at a pharmaceutical packaging facility. You should have: • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping You will verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools. 5+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
