Great opportunity: we are hiring a die-casting operator in Lincoln County, North Carolina. Requirements: • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection • Basic grinding and fettling skills On a typical shift you will check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch. Rotating shifts. We offer $5,200 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
