You should have: • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners The role involves: • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
