Wood machinist — Iron County

Now hiring: we are hiring a wood machinist in Iron County, Michigan. Your main tasks: • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions • Assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles • Glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together • Read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • Good eye for detail and a clean finish • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers 3+ years on the tools preferred.
