Elevator service technician — Fife

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an elevator service technician in Fife, Scotland. The job is on a high-rise construction site. You should have: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate Day to day you will install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; run load and overload tests with test weights. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
