Great opportunity: we are hiring a steward in Newton County, Indiana. The role involves: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures What we are looking for: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred We offer $28 per hour plus benefits.
