Brick and block layer — Elbert County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a brick and block layer in Elbert County, Colorado. You will work at a renovation and extension job. What we are looking for: • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding On the job you will handle: • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $200 per day plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
