Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Your main tasks: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
