Press machine operator • Columbia County, Oregon

Vacancy available: we are hiring a press machine operator in Columbia County, Oregon. You will be based on a production line. On a typical shift you will key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine; load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter. You should have: • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
