Lathe operator — Nkanu West

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lathe operator in Nkanu West, Enugu State. Day to day you will set up and start the machine as per the job card; key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet; change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers. What we are looking for: • Good attention to detail and steady hands • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges 1+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
