Great opportunity: we are hiring a waiter in Black Hawk County, Iowa. What we are looking for: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts On a typical shift you will explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; clear and reset tables between covers; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments.
