Scullery hand • Hardin County, Tennessee

We are recruiting: we are hiring a scullery hand in Hardin County, Tennessee. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. On a typical shift you will polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
