Foundry labourer wanted in Langlade County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a foundry labourer in Langlade County, Wisconsin. You will be based in the melting bay of a steel foundry. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards Your main tasks: • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles • Tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
