Bulldozer operator wanted in Aleutians West Census Area

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bulldozer operator in Aleutians West Census Area, Alaska. You will be based at a busy earthworks site. Your main tasks: • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes What we are looking for: • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
