Quality control inspector — Wilson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a quality control inspector in Wilson County, Kansas. You will be based in a metal fabrication workshop. Requirements: • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection On the job you will handle: • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $4,200 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
