Immediate opening: we are hiring a vacuum press operator in Los Alamos County, New Mexico. You will be based at a textile finishing unit. Requirements: • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory The role involves operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts; give each garment a final press before packing; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
