Chiller technician — Linn County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a chiller technician in Linn County, Iowa. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders • Willing to work at heights and inside cold rooms • Valid driving licence for field call-outs Your main tasks: • Read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges • Wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter • Check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge Rotating shifts.
