Pipe lagger — Dixon County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pipe lagger in Dixon County, Nebraska. You will be based at a busy building site. The role involves fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding. Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel Six days a week, one day off.
