CO2 welder — Richland County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Richland County, Illinois. You will work at a steel fabrication workshop. What we are looking for: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes Day to day you will read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose.
