Join our team: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Nottinghamshire, England. You will be based at a fabrication and machining plant. Day to day you will carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters. Requirements: • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery £2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
