Now hiring: we are hiring a baker in Osage County, Oklahoma. On a typical shift you will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift.
