Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread baker in Camden County, North Carolina. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. On the job you will handle: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Full-time, day shift. $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
