Requirements: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Day-to-day duties: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method Part-time with flexible hours.
