Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread baker in Crenshaw County, Alabama. On a typical shift you will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
