Injection moulding machine operator — Marion County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an injection moulding machine operator in Marion County, Illinois. On a typical shift you will run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers; carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet. You should have: • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
