Immediate opening: we are hiring a machinist in Wilbarger County, Texas. The job is in a sampling and tailoring workshop. On a typical shift you will topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges. What we are looking for: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams Six days a week, one day off.
