Construction labourer • Sullivan County, Pennsylvania

We are recruiting: we are hiring a construction labourer in Sullivan County, Pennsylvania. The job is on a metro and infrastructure project. The role involves load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator; dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer. Ideal candidate: • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $30 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
