Rigger — Conejos County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a rigger in Conejos County, Colorado. You will direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; read lift plans and method statements before starting; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; guide loads through tight openings into their final position; calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle. Ideal candidate: • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
