Fine-dining server — Alachua County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Alachua County, Florida. On a typical shift you will carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments. Requirements: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
