Now hiring: we are hiring an uPVC welding machine operator in Lincoln County, Minnesota. You will work in the profile cutting and welding bay. You should have: • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) The role involves: • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square • Wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $5,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
