Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head baker in Franklin County, Maine. The job is in a bread factory. You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Day to day you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; score the top of loaves before baking. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
