Paint booth operator wanted in Towner County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Towner County, North Dakota. What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Day to day you will hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
