Vacancy available: tig welder (Oklahoma)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tig welder in McIntosh County, Oklahoma. You will work in a pipe-spool fabrication yard. You should have: • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height Day to day you will set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal; grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator.
