What we are looking for: • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection Your main tasks: • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits.
