What we are looking for: • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence The role involves backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines.
