Final inspection operator wanted in Onondaga County

Join our team: we are hiring a final inspection operator in Onondaga County, New York. You will work at a busy manufacturing plant. You should have: • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits You will compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
