Powder coating line operator wanted in Ohimini

Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Ohimini, Benue State. Day-to-day duties: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
