Electrostatic spray painter — Blackburn with Darwen

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Blackburn with Darwen, England. You will work in a busy paint shop. You will record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
