Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread baker in Atakunmosa East, Osun State. You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Day to day you will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; load and unload the deck oven with a peel.
